Quality Improvement

Quality Improvement Introduction:

In order to implement the standards issued by accreditation, quality improvement in hospitals Sajad office was established in 2011 and the hospital administration ordered the personnel of the section agenda and in the organizational chart serves controlled directly by hospital administration.

Including the responsibilities of this unit, which is designed to provide planning and preparing the conditions for the implementation and enforcement of standards for accreditation in hospitals has been developed as follows:

  • Cooperation in the preparation of the strategic plan
  • Prepare annual action plan in collaboration with department / unit
  • The establishment and enforcement of standards for accreditation in hospital
  • Annual Operational Plan to promote coordinated and integrated program of quality improvement and patient safety improvement
  • Planning and implementation of regular monitoring and evaluation of hospital units (coordinate the annual evaluation of hospitals)
