Rhinoplasty (ῥίς rhisnose + πλάσσειν plasseinto shape)

Rhinoplasty, or rhinoplasty, consists of the words "rhino" and "plastic". Reno means nose, and plastic means shaving or beautifying.

What is Rhinoplasty ?

Rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, is a plastic surgery procedure for correcting and reconstructing the nose. There are two types of plastic surgery used – reconstructive surgery that restores the form and functions of the nose and cosmetic surgery that improves the appearance of the nose.

In Our Hospital:

by the doctor's instruction please refer to the reception unit for filing

You will be referred to the hospital emergency department for an emergency doctor visit

You will be directed to the pharmacy to get Rhinoplasty Set

You will be referred to radiology if the emergency doctor orders you.

You will be admitted to the surgical ward and preoperative treatment will be performed for you

You will be taken to the operating room for surgery

The operation takes about 2 hours, then you are transferred to recovery and then to the surgical ward, and postoperative treatment is performed for you.

During the same day you will be discharged with instruction in medication, post-operative care, and time to visit the doctor office (depending on each doctor) and get the educational pamphlet.
